Join the Ace Hardware team as the Store Manager of the Ace Hardware - West, Rapid City, SD location.  You’ll manager an awesome team of employees and oversee all daily work activities, handle customer relations, drive sales, manage merchandising/inventory, set up facility workflows, hire/train staff, and manage ordering, invoicing, and warranties.

Desired qualifications include:

1. Prior Retail Operations and Merchandising background required.
2. Business, Management, or Sales related degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of basic management principles and concepts.
4. Ability to manage time effectively.
5. Skill in communicating and leading others.
6. Willingness to be a hands on, working manager.
7. Ability and willingness to work some evening and weekend hours.
8. Ability to access and resolve problems in a professional and timely manner.
