Job Summary

The Branch Manager will oversee sales, distribution, accounting, and service operations to maximize store volume and profitability. 

Responsibilities & Duties

• Business, Management, Sales, Construction Management, or related degree preferred.
• Knowledge of basic management principles and concepts.
• Prior Operational and/or Sales background desired.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Skill in communicating and leading others.
• Willingness to be a hands on, working manager.
• Ability and willingness to work some evening and weekend hours.
• Ability to access and resolve problems in a professional and timely manner.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to analyze technical problems, determine root causes and develop remediation strategies for permanent resolutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recommend changes to drive business objectives.
• Ability to assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, making clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills.
• Possess strong leadership skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
