Sales associate will be responsible for various sales duties, including sales support functions, office coordination & assist with some merchandise deliveries.

1. Develop a working knowledge of company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy.
2. Establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
3. Process receiving documents and match up invoices for payments in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Perform daily cash balancing.
5. Answer telephone professionally and pleasantly, assisting customer inquiries.
6. Provide highest level of customer service to all customers.
7. Listen and work with customers to solve customer complaints.
8. Assist with delivery of merchandise, if needed.
9. Perform additional related duties as assigned.
   

1. Desire to learn and grow professionally.
2. Ability to form strong relationships with customers.
3. Ability to react quickly to problems and respond to them accurately and professionally.
4. Ability to operate a computer and calculator.
5. Physical strength to lift and carry 80 pounds.
6. High School diploma preferred.
7. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
8. Friendly outgoing personality that enjoys working with people.
9. Positive and energetic attitude.
10. Strong verbal skills.
